Our Founder
My name is Melissa Casarez, I’m a CPA and strategic finance professional with over 12 years of experience in public accounting and corporate accounting.
As many accountants do, I began my career in public accounting, managing audits and tax engagements for a range of clients. During this time, I developed deep expertise in compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting.
After making the shift into private industry, I have gained valuable experience leading accounting operations, driving process improvements, and partnering with leadership to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
When I’m not working, I love being outdoors running, paddleboarding, or hiking with my dog, Zion. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and exploring new cities.
